      Role Overview

      CLASS is seeking Content & Knowledge Enablement Specialist - Consultingto join our Practice Development Team. This role focuses on transforming consulting work into compelling stories, high-quality content, and reusable knowledge assets that support delivery excellence and amplify nonprofit impact. This role blends creative storytelling, video editing, content development, and consulting enablement.

      Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). This is a Remote position.

      Responsibilities:
      • Create compelling case studies and impact stories from consulting engagements for the website and marketing channels
      • Edit short-form and long-form videos, including project highlights, client stories, and explainers
      • Translate consulting outputs into visually engaging formats for digital platforms
      • Develop reusable consulting templates, frameworks, and toolkits for project teams
      • Build and maintain best-practice documentation and knowledge repositories
      • Support proposal storytelling, narrative development, and presentation design
      • Collaborate closely with consulting teams to capture insights, learnings, and outcomes


      Requirements:
      • Experience in content creation, storytelling, video editing, consulting support, or knowledge management
      • Strong writing, structuring, and visual communication skills
      • Ability to simplify complex consulting concepts into clear, engaging narratives
      • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar creative platforms
      • High attention to quality, consistency, and brand standards
      • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects


      Education Qualification & Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
      • Master's degree preferred but not required
      • 2-5 years of relevant experience in content development, consulting enablement, marketing, media, or knowledge management
      • Experience developing templates, playbooks, or internal documentation is a strong plus


      Skills/Abilities:
      • Strong storytelling and editorial judgment
      • Visual design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills
      • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines
      • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
      • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work

      Commitment:
      • Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.
      • Participation in weekly team meetings
      • Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
