What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture high-quality content, including professional photography, video clips, and drone footage at client properties
- Ensure compliance with drone regulations and manage asset uploads to the company drive
- Communicate with team members about property and photoshoot status to maintain project alignment
- Edit photos to ensure they meet brand standards and client expectations
- Brainstorm and create content calendars while staying updated on industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience
- Experience managing large social media accounts and/or omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as CapCut, and photography editing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with filming short-form content and photography, including drone work
- Familiarity with ClickUp and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle multiple deadlines
