What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Ideate, script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos and static creatives
- Act as on-camera talent for videos, stories, and other formats when needed
- Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent posting
- Monitor performance, optimize based on analytics, and iterate quickly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or LinkedIn
- Strong video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Ability to create high-quality static content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and turn ideas into polished content quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with startups, talent acquisition, or B2B brands
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
- Ability to collaborate on broader brand and marketing initiatives
