What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Edit and proof articles, advertorials, white papers, emails, social posts, and landing pages in American English
- Adapt content for regional norms and terminology, supporting translation handoffs when necessary
- Manage project resources in Monday.com, setting up boards, assigning roles, and tracking progress
- Route creative work through proofing tools for approvals and maintain an auditable trail of changes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in copyediting, editorial production, or content operations
- Strong command of American English copyediting with the ability to adapt to UK/global standards
- Proven ability to tailor content for B2B tech audiences
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com and proofing tools like StreamWork/PageProof
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with B2B technology audiences and publications like CRN and MES Computing
- Working knowledge of content management systems and analytics platforms
