What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own Kalepa's blog strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with brand and product priorities
- Create and publish high-quality long-form content, including educational posts, industry perspectives, and playbooks
- Execute SEO strategies to enhance organic growth and performance across search engines and AI answer engines
- Build and manage a LinkedIn thought leadership program by ghostwriting for leaders and subject-matter experts
- Track and report on content performance metrics, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of professional content experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or insurance
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven experience in creating content that supports SEO outcomes
- Strong ghostwriting capability to match tone and voice of different stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, including meeting deadlines and coordinating content pipelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing data-led stories is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI tools for content production and quality control
