      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Craft engaging emails and social media posts to inform and excite students across all programs
      - Moderate Facebook and Forum groups, including member approvals and post deletions
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets for community engagement
      - Track and analyze KPIs on content to enhance student experience and retention
      - Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Content Writer & Community Manager, ideally in online education
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in using various media formats, including gifs, memes, and videos
      - Knowledge of online engagement strategies and metrics
      - Ability to work during "normal business hours" (approximately 9 am to 6 pm Pacific time)
