- Research & Subject Expertise:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends.
- Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for thought leadership content.
- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy.
- Editing & Quality Assurance:
- Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, plagiarism-free, and error-free.
- Maintain content calendars and deliver work on time.
- Collaboration:
- Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaigns.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback into revisions while maintaining brand integrity.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings.
- Strong storyteller with a flair for persuasive and engaging writing.
- Skilled at tailoring tone and style for different audiences and formats.

- 2+ years professional writing or copywriting experience.

- Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope).
- Experience writing conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, email sequences).
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
- Research industry trends and gather insights for upcoming topics.
- Draft blog posts and long-form content for marketing campaigns.
