      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and continuously update continuity of operations planning (COOP) strategies and procedures to ensure mission-essential functions during disruptions
      - Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical functions and recovery priorities
      - Coordinate with stakeholders to operationalize the relocation and restoration of critical functions, especially IT systems
      - Create and facilitate continuity scenarios and exercises to test COOP effectiveness
      - Produce continuity-related briefings and documentation for senior leadership decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BA/BS or MA/MS)
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related work, with familiarity in continuity of operations planning and disaster recovery
      - Security Clearance: Secret clearance required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Experience conducting functional duties independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP)
      - Completion of FEMA/NIMS/ICS coursework or equivalent continuity/exercise training
      - Training in disaster recovery or continuity exercise design
      - IT service continuity or recovery training aligned to federal operations
      - Experience with collaboration and controlled document repositories (e.g., Microsoft Teams/SharePoint)
