What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer state and federal grant funds to ensure educational equity and success for all students
- Provide technical assistance to grant applicants, including creating training materials and presenting information
- Monitor and evaluate grant subrecipients for compliance with federal and state regulations
- Develop and analyze grant data systems for financial and programmatic records
- Manage grant application processes, including awarding grants and monitoring requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience providing technical assistance to grant applicants
- Experience interpreting or implementing federal or state rules, regulations, policies, or procedures
- Experience in grant-related data activities, including data collection and analysis
- Ability to communicate grant data guidelines effectively
- Must be legally entitled to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing grant application processes, including compliance monitoring and budget review
- Training or experience with Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) or Federal Uniform Grant Guidance
- Familiarity with the Achievement Gap Reduction (AGR) Program or Title I Continuous Improvement
- Experience presenting information to various audiences
