      What you'll do :
      You will play a crucial role in driving process improvement initiatives and delivering associated financial benefits. Partnering with teams across the business, you will utilise your Lean 6 Sigma (L6S) expertise to unlock process efficiencies, simplifying and standardising processes organisation wide.

      You will collaborate with Functional Process Owners (FPOs) and business stakeholders to implement the Process Transformation strategy, providing training and guidance on process simplification and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will cultivate a CI mindset and way of working within your partnered teams, advocating for L6S as a business-wide language.

      Through your leadership, you will lead projects across different functions, capturing and mapping business processes, and optimising them. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will challenge the status quo, identify value-adding activities, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Utilising process management tools and supporting process governance, you will contribute to building process maturity and an end-to-end view of the business.


      Who you are
      An experienced CI professional with a passion for driving major change through CI methodology. With your qualifications in Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt and expertise in business process management, you thrive in complex, cross-functional organisations. Strong project management skills enable you to successfully partner with business teams, providing support, guidance, and training to colleagues, ensuring the adoption of L6S as a business-wide language for delivering large-scale improvements.

      With your logical and analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to engage stakeholders, you drive the implementation of process transformation initiatives and build strong relationships within the organisation.
