Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals
Analyzing procurement processes and the impact across departments to identify areas of inefficiency.
Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management.
Leading cross-functional project teams.
Conducting training and workshops for staff at all levels
Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen
Maintaining reports and presenting progress to senior management.
Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.
A Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, preferred Masters
Experience leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of quality management tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Excellent communication and interpersonal
Advanced level ability in the use of Excel & Power Point
A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo
Certified Six Sigma
Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Office
This role is located in Querétaro, Qro. Mexico, with a full time job.
This role requires a five-day office attendance. It involves administrative work that, according to the law, necessitates 40 hours of work per week. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Transportation: Please note that we do not provide transportation services. Therefore, individuals are responsible for arranging their daily commute to the office.
