  A Day in Your Life at MKS:

  As a Continuous Improvement Manager for Procurement, you will partner with internal teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director.

  You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals

  • Analyzing procurement processes and the impact across departments to identify areas of inefficiency.

  • Developing and executing improvement strategies, including change management.

  • Leading cross-functional project teams.

  • Conducting training and workshops for staff at all levels

  • Using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen

  • Maintaining reports and presenting progress to senior management.

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 30% of Travel is required.

  Skills You Bring:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, preferred Masters

  • Experience leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of quality management tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal

  • Advanced level ability in the use of Excel & Power Point

  • A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo

  Preferred Skills: (Optional)

  • Certified Six Sigma

  • Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP Systems, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Office

  Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • This role is located in Querétaro, Qro. Mexico, with a full time job.

  • This role requires a five-day office attendance. It involves administrative work that, according to the law, necessitates 40 hours of work per week. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Transportation: Please note that we do not provide transportation services. Therefore, individuals are responsible for arranging their daily commute to the office.
