What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage contract pricing and spend, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct weekly pricing reviews with distributors to resolve pricing discrepancies
- Create and analyze reports on contract lifecycle processes and department analytics
- Maintain and update the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Roster structure
- Provide customer service support for Level 3 inquiries and collaborate with various teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Proven experience in contract administration management
- Proficiency in using contract lifecycle management systems, specifically Jaggaer
- Strong analytical skills to generate reports and Key Performance Indicators
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau Spend Analytics
- Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organization systems and processes
- Ability to create presentation reports for leadership meetings
- Previous involvement in process improvement initiatives within healthcare settings
