      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate contract signatures and manage the execution of agreements through various electronic signature systems
      - Monitor expiration dates and upcoming contract renewals, ensuring timely input of renewals and capturing notices of contract terminations
      - Develop, schedule, and perform ongoing reports detailing active, expired, and terminated agreements for the organization
      - Assist in building out a new contract repository, including gathering business and contract field requirements and managing user access
      - Provide stellar customer service by interacting with all business lines and levels within the organization, as well as with vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of contract experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or High School education combined with certifications from CTPRP and/or related work experience
      - Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and principles of contract management
      - Proficiency in using personal computers, data management, spreadsheets, and word processing software
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, co-workers, and vendors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in contract database management and migration processes
      - Familiarity with Archer or similar contract management systems
      - Strong analytical skills for assembling and presenting statistical, financial, or factual information
