CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a fulltime Contract Administrator for a 1 year contract opportunity in our Burlington office.
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the management and tracking of service contracts which involves accurate coordination between departments and field workers to ensure excellent execution of customer service agreement obligations.Role Responsibilities
Ӣ Daily and weekly tracking of service contract proposals using SAP and Excel
Ӣ Ensuring that the scope of work in the service contracts are tracked and planned properly to fulfill the contract obligations
Ӣ Creating and maintaining office binders with service contract details
Ӣ Tracking and following up on testing processes (such as calibration certificates, oil samples and vibration analysis)
Ӣ Recording and generating monthly reports within the department and to the customers.
Ӣ Assisting with payroll and reporting of mechanic timesheets.
Ӣ Assisting the dispatch team with the answering of service calls / creating Job numbers pertaining to the description of the service call, creating a T&M Number and obtaining a PO where required.
Ӣ Supporting the Toronto & Hamilton Industrial / Commercial teams with contract obligations.
Ӣ Working with the Operating Manager to create Job Numbers for the operator shifts.
Ӣ Verifying hours and closing out jobs after completion.
Ӣ Scheduling mechanics by using the digital Field Service Management Tool to push job numbers and updating the dispatch board where necessary.
ӢSupporting the dispatch team with ordering of materials from the National Parts Center.Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Ӣ High school education required. Post-secondary education preferred
Ӣ Efficient & accurate data entry skills
Ӣ Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
Ӣ Detail oriented
Ӣ Highly organized with strong attention to billing accuracy.
Ӣ Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
