- Analyze, review, and provide recommendations on IT-related contracts, SOWs, and pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with financial and business negotiators to support vendor discussions and negotiations.
- Ensure contractual terms align with internal business objectives, risk posture, and financial frameworks.
- Maintain documentation and assist in contract life cycle tracking, amendments, and compliance reviews.
- Support sourcing strategies and contribute to process improvements in IT procurement workflows.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in contract analysis with exposure to IT acquisitions and financial negotiations in a healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract structures, vendor terms, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to interpret financial models and support business-driven negotiation efforts.
- Healthcare or large enterprise experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- This is a remote position, with the opportunity to be onsite to meet with the team.

FIDES is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst with strong experience supporting IT acquisitions in a healthcare organization from a business and financial perspective. This consulting role will split responsibilities between direct contract analysis and supporting broader contract negotiation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of procurement practices, contract structures, and IT vendor engagement within enterprise or healthcare environments. This is a 6-month contract engagement with an extension opportunity.
