      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of provider network contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
      - Perform provider and network analysis to support contracting and administration activities
      - Engage in provider contract negotiations and resolve internal inquiries related to contracting
      - Maintain accurate documentation of contractual records and manage database requirements
      - Monitor contract anniversaries for renewal and coordinate necessary renegotiations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract management or related field
      - Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required)
      - Associate's Degree (preferred)
      - Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
      - Proficient in legal writing and understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare contracting or legal analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Familiarity with contract template development and maintenance
