What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve operational roadblocks
- Manage data integration across multiple teams and platforms for timely contract and purchase order issuance
- Track requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), contracts, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Maintain and communicate clients' financial documentation standards to stakeholders
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in by effectively communicating deadlines and schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in document management
- Experience with contracts, negotiations, and records management practices
- Familiarity with financial processes such as chart of accounts, GAAP, and work breakdown structures
- Proficiency in Google Suites and effective verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the construction industry related to business processes or project management
- Background in the technology industry relevant to software implementations and administration
- Experience in customer service related to software support
- Familiarity with construction project management systems (e.g., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, Procore)
