What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate agreements and pricing strategies to ensure compliance with legal obligations
- Update and maintain the Model N contract system based on new or amended contract terms
- Draft Letters of Agreements (LOAs) or Letters of Understanding (LOUs) with customers
- Coordinate responses to RFPs for assigned regions and provide data analytics
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to resolve billing discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in contracting, with a minimum of 2 years in the medical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues while managing multiple priorities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with the contracting process, including reviewing and amending contracts
- Experience working within the Medical Surgical business model
- Familiarity with Model N systems
