      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct initial review and analysis of all customer change orders and contract terms
      - Enter customer contract changes into the Access database R404 Form
      - Prepare and route acknowledgments after review completion, ensuring timely communication with customers
      - Maintain accurate information in the ERP system for all new customer purchases and change orders
      - Assist with reporting and analysis of daily Change Order & Contract Que reports for morning meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 2 years of experience in data entry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
      - Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with contract management processes
      - Experience with ERP systems or Access database usage
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
