What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect to QuickBooks Online and build a stable data ingestion pipeline
- Model and clean financial datasets, focusing on multi-entity expense allocation and operating expenses
- Build user-facing dashboards showcasing multi-entity P&L trends
- Create filterable views by agency and region with user-based access control
- Develop lightweight documentation for ongoing dashboard maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong BI, ETL, SQL, and data modeling fundamentals
- Direct experience connecting QuickBooks Online to a BI tool (connector or API)
- Significant experience with multi-entity accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Ability to quickly understand complex financial structures
