What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects
- Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design future-state processes
- Configure CLM systems based on gathered requirements, including setting up workflows and reporting dashboards
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to support end-user adoption of the CLM solution
- Monitor solution performance post-implementation and provide actionable reports to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
- Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specific CLM systems such as Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, or ContractPodAi
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from contract performance metrics
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
