      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, screening candidate CVs, and producing contracts of employment
      - Utilize social media to attract passive candidates, post job openings, track activity, and manage applicant pipelines
      - Manage vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle
      - Maintain relationships with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress
      - Contribute to projects aimed at improving recruitment capabilities, such as developing interview toolkits and job descriptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous high-volume recruiting experience
      - Strong enthusiasm for learning and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
      - Experience in sales or call center recruiting is preferred
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting for sales or call center positions
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
      - Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
      - Proven track record of maintaining relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
