      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to making hiring decisions and ensuring a seamless onboarding process
      - Partner with regional field managers to align recruiting strategies with team needs
      - Utilize various sourcing tools to fill positions quickly and effectively
      - Schedule and conduct remote interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring teams
      - Utilize ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate data and track progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter in a high-volume environment
      - Proven ability to work autonomously while meeting recruiting targets (10-17 hires per week)
      - Must have personal equipment, including a laptop and mobile device, to perform recruiting functions remotely
      - Flexibility to adapt hours to fit the needs of the assigned region
      - Proficiency with technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday, and Teams for virtual interviewing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
      - Familiarity with managing requisitions and scheduling in a fast-paced atmosphere
      - Previous experience working remotely in a recruitment role
      - Knowledge of the lawncare industry or similar sectors
