      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the day-to-day vendor onboarding, maintenance, and administrative functions for the Vendor Management Program
      - Conduct initial risk assessments for new vendor relationships and oversee ongoing risk management and reporting
      - Provide guidance and consulting on third party governance and risk mitigation strategies
      - Develop and maintain accurate risk profile reporting and dashboards, sharing results with key stakeholders
      - Lead training and communication efforts related to vendor and contract awareness within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution plus additional training in project management, vendor relations, or business
      - 1-3 years of project management or vendor relationship management experience
      - Experience in a large banking or financial institution, either as an internal team member or external consultant
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage risks effectively
      - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships while handling sensitive issues with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in third party/vendor management, governance, procurement, or regulatory compliance
      - Experience reviewing complex data and drawing appropriate conclusions
      - Proven success in working across diverse stakeholders with positive outcomes
      - Ability to identify issues and drive them to resolution, including necessary remediation
