      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations
      - Prepare solicitation documents and manage the procurement process
      - Conduct cost/price analysis, participate in negotiations, and document fair pricing
      - Maintain official contract files in accordance with federal and GSA procurement regulations
      - Process contractor invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and perform closeout actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of federal contracting experience, with construction project experience highly desirable
      - Bachelor's degree or procurement certifications required
      - Preference for candidates with FAC-C, DAWIA, or GS-1102 certifications
      - U.S. Citizenship required
      - Must participate in a federal background investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-dollar transactions and contract administration
      - Familiarity with regulatory standards governing federal procurement processes
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze cost/price proposals
      - Proven track record of managing simplified acquisitions and formal contracts
