      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, draft, and revise commercial agreements using internal templates to ensure high-quality contract documents
      - Conduct basic negotiations with internal stakeholders and external clients, escalating complex issues as needed
      - Manage and update department templates, standard forms, and process documentation for consistency and efficiency
      - Interpret contract language and policies for internal teams, providing business-aligned recommendations
      - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot contract-related questions and support legal initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
      - 4+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate legal department or professional services environment
      - Strong understanding of commercial contracting concepts; familiarity with data privacy or government contracting is a plus
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain contract concepts to non-legal stakeholders
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing contract documents and workflows

      - Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
      - Strong attention to detail and organization skills
