      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, draft, and revise commercial agreements to ensure compliance and quality
      - Conduct basic negotiations with internal stakeholders and external clients
      - Manage and update department templates and process documentation for efficiency
      - Interpret contract language and provide clear recommendations to internal teams
      - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot contract-related questions and support legal activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
      - 4+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating commercial contracts
      - Strong understanding of commercial contracting concepts and data privacy
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing contract documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
      - Familiarity with professional services or government contracting
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
