      What You'll Do
      • Perform a variety of complex administrative projects, with a primary emphasis on contracts administration related to structured business processes.
      • Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
      • Review business contracts to extract, format, and accurately enter data into various business tools, collaborating with contract stakeholders and following negotiated agreements.
      • Execute precise data entry into the contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • Organize and manage workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted from multiple departments, ensuring timely processing.
      • Coordinate contract reviews through various communication channels, including meetings, conference calls, and email.
      • Serve as a primary point of contact to educate the user community on the Contract Management & Compliance Process.
      • Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental and divisional objectives.

      Required Skills and Experience

      We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in administrative and contracts support, eager to make a tangible impact. A proven track record in similar roles will be highly valued.
      • Demonstrated experience in complex administrative project management.
      • Proficiency in contracts administration, including data extraction, formatting, and entry.
      • Experience with business tools and contract databases.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and monitor documentation from multiple sources.
      • Excellent coordination skills for managing contract reviews via various communication methods.
      • Ability to educate and guide user communities on established processes.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
