      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with insurance company contacts
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned region/plan(s) regarding insurance participation issues
      - Manage the implementation and communication of contracts in assigned markets
      - Triage issues between insurance plans and employer offices to ensure resolution
      - Monitor contract performance to assure compliance and resolve disputes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 2-4 years of relevant experience with exposure to the operational side of insurance (dental or medical)
      - Broad knowledge of healthcare insurance, physician billing, and reimbursement practices
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in contract management or negotiations within the healthcare industry
      - Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
