      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate and develop Letters of Agreements (LOAs) and healthcare services contracts
      - Perform financial analysis and reporting in collaboration with department leadership
      - Oversee tracking and monitoring of contracts and ensure compliance with terms
      - Provide project leadership for assigned areas within the Contracting department
      - Assist in the development of contract infrastructure and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in managed care contracting or related fields
      - At least 2 years of experience in contract negotiation, development, and administration
      - Extensive knowledge of managed care and Oregon Health Plan
      - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Analytics, or a related field
      - Familiarity with federal Medicare regulations and state Medicaid rules
      - Experience in claims administration and contract reimbursement terms
      - Knowledge of physician group and hospital operations
      - Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
