What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead structured discovery sessions with program and operations stakeholders to identify goals and constraints
- Translate policy and operational needs into clear, testable requirements artifacts, such as user stories and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate requirement reviews and alignment sessions to ensure shared understanding among stakeholders
- Act as a gatekeeper for incoming work requests, collaborating with PMs to clarify scope and prioritize tasks
- Maintain high-quality documentation and apply team SDLC standards throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in an SDLC environment
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, testable requirements
- Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria to minimize delivery rework
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios
- Familiarity with rules-driven environments requiring edge case and auditability considerations
- BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
