What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders, demonstrating progress in filling roles
- Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week, aiming for a 20%+ response rate
- Utilize various resources, including job ads and sourcing tools, to build a pipeline of exceptional talent
- Schedule candidates with technical interviewers for a diverse range of open roles
- Assess talent, understand candidate motivations, and facilitate a smooth interview process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in startup or scaleup environments
- Proficient in writing compelling sourcing messages to attract passive candidates
- Experience with ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc.)
- Ability to effectively pitch and sell candidates on joining a fast-growing AI company
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook, with a strong drive to be productive while working independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting for engineering and product/client services roles
- Familiarity with the insurtech industry or AI technology
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a hybrid work setting
