      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the central database of all contractual increase terms, customer contacts, and contract status
      - Manage the process for sending monthly increase notifications to Operators and clients, and quarterly term/date reminders to internal Operators
      - Assist in making recurring edits to various contract template documents across all service groups
      - Handle daily clerical functions, including obtaining signatures, scanning, distribution, and filing
      - Compile and distribute the monthly contractual purchasing report and provide necessary contract details to the Risk department for claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
      - Experience in a contracts administration support role strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of standard service level contract terms and templates
      - Proficiency in software platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google applications

      - Experience in contract editing and supporting RFP responses
      - Strong analytical skills for effective contract management
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
