The Contract Manager reviews all School of Medicine contractual agreements and other legal documents flowing through the OPSCA. This position reviews contracts for completeness, and analyzes contract language to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with School of Medicine, University, state, and federal policies and regulations. Consults with departments and/or leadership, and ensures that department administrators have understanding of operational obligations; and drafts, negotiates, and finalizes agreements in accordance with law, policy, within approved parameters.About the company
