      Contracts Manager

      Reporting to: Executive Director, Chief Contracts Negotiator – Asia (Singapore)


      We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to join our Asia contracts team. This role is critical to the growth of our businesses and offers a unique blend of legal and business responsibilities, ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with strong risk management capabilities. You will report directly to the Chief Contracts Negotiator for Asia, based in Singapore.

      What the day will look like

      • Review and negotiate contracts, including cross-border engagements, tenders, and RFPs.
      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for fact-finding and negotiation.
      • Support risk mitigation initiatives, contract audits, and deployment processes.
      • Develop and improve contract templates to meet evolving business needs.
      • Manage template changes across jurisdictions and business lines in Asia.
      • Track and implement global contract initiatives across the region.
      • Maintain a register of recurring issues for training and process improvement.
      • Conduct in-house training and share best practices.
      • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Contracts Negotiator.

      Skills and experience that will lead to success

      • Law degree with solid understanding of contract law and legal principles.
      • Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess risk pragmatically.
      • Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Effective project management and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
      • Capable of handling high volumes and meeting tight deadlines.
      • Adept at using Co-Pilot and other AI tools for work.
