For more, visit www.consultartemis.com.About the roleWe are seeking a Contracts Manager with 8-10 years' experience in cradle-to-grave contract management, especially with cost reimbursement contracts. Responsibilities include RFP analysis, FAR/DFARS compliance, proposal development, contract negotiation, and administration of contract/task orders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. The role supports the Executive team and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a background in government services.Key responsibilities:Review government contracts for compliance with requirements and laws.Develop and analyze agreements with industry partners.Support contract management and analysis for government services, including CPFF contracts.Oversee IDIQ MAC contracts, ensuring financial and deliverable compliance.Establish internal processes and develop SOPs for contract management.Maintain contract briefs and support proposal activities.Coordinate with finance and project teams to ensure proper training and compliance.Manage subcontract processes and ensure consistent messaging across contracts.Identify process improvements and implement solutions.Maintain documentation for contractual compliance.Additional details:Position: Full-time, salaried with benefitsSalary Range: $85,000 - $130,000Travel: Less than 10%Schedule: Onsite, Monday-FridayDesired skills include effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Office and Teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years of DoD contract management experience, and strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting procedures.
