      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the company's contract database, including uploading contracts and tracking renewals
      - Collaborate with various departments regarding contract information and database functions
      - Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements with attention to detail and compliance
      - Proofread and fact-check legal documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies
      - Support audits, document productions, and due diligence projects related to contracts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field; paralegal certification preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role
      - Strong understanding of contract terminology and legal processes
      - Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and contract management platforms such as DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract management systems and legal document preparation
      - Familiarity with compliance requirements in healthcare contracts
      - Demonstrated ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in contract processes
      - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related legal environment
