      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate students using online technology and resources, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication
      - Mentor doctoral students in their dissertation process as a chair or committee member
      - Teach assigned courses using the Canvas platform and provide feedback and grades through Blackboard
      - Maintain reasonable accessibility to students outside of course discussions and publish availability
      - Attend Residencies as necessary to teach intensives and facilitate discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in psychology or developmental psychology from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 2 years of online or technology-enabled instruction experience
      - Expertise in qualitative research methodologies, including design and analysis
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and reliable Internet access
      - Commitment to advocating for students' learning and development in a distance learning environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with distance learning and technology-enabled instruction
      - Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions to the field of Psychology/Developmental Psychology
      - Teaching, advising, and mentoring experience with a focus on diverse faculty recruitment and development
