What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Digital Banking conversions for community banks, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Provide support for customer inquiries related to Digital Banking products and applications
- Conduct training sessions on Digital Banking Applications as needed
- Log and track service requests using the customer management tracking system
- Collaborate with third-party vendors on behalf of the employer and its customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the bank/financial industry
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in direct client support
- Prior experience with Fiserv Premier Deposit software is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
