What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and recommend improvements for accurate tracking
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using qualitative and quantitative data
- Create and execute A/B or multivariate tests based on optimization strategies
- Collaborate with internal design and development teams to implement changes from winning test results
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to the development of the CRO team's processes and strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
- Experience with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cloud-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
- A demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
