What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed sales growth targets within the assigned territory
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key converter and OEM customers
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for key accounts
- Train and support divisional partners at OEM accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and/or three (3) years of sales experience in a relevant environment; OR a high school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of sales experience
- Compliance with pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history checks
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce.com)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the tape converting industry or within the industrial market center
- Experience managing relationships with corner office executives
- Skills in business planning and sales strategy development
