      About the Role:

      Be responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the planning, direction and management of the Coops Channel sales Reps’ Main & Branches within the Country, and through interaction with customers and prospects. Be also responsible to coordinate negotiations and to develop sales strategies and objectives effectively for the reference Channel in the Country, which shall produce maximum market penetration and improve short- and long-term goals

      Main Responsibilities:

      SALES STRATEGY

      •Develops and proposes the annual operational sales plan for the Channel in conjunction with the Sales Manager

      Asses market positions and recommends product needs and changes necessary to meet Country sales objectives.

      PS & BUDGET MANAGEMENT

      •Ensures the proper budget management according to business objectives

      •Is responsible for the forecasting of Channel

      SALES DEVELOPMENT

      •Coordinates the implementation of the Sales Plan in the Coops channel, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and growth objectives

      •Monitors continuously the Channel marketplace to determine possible market opportunities and improvement of the market penetration of Company’s products

      Who we are looking for:

      6 to 8 years of relevant sales experience

      Kuwait Coops sector sepcifc experience

      Prior team/people management experience

      Fluency in Arabic
