      What you will be doing:
      • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP & CHRO, including:
        • Coordinating meetings and managing schedules.
        • Making travel arrangements.
        • Assisting with presentations.
        • Handling mail and processing expense reports.
      • Assist in arranging HR Leadership team-oriented functions to facilitate collaboration and communication within the team.
      • Collaborate with the Associate Experience team to support the planning, communication, and execution of Associate Development programs and engagement-related activities.
      • Perform other administrative duties as needed and assigned, contributing to the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.

      What we need from you:
      • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support.
      • 1+ year(s) of experience providing project coordination support.
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
      • General knowledge of adult learning theory.
      • Understanding of administrative support best practices.
      • Strong attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and effective time management abilities.
      • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
      • Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and capture the ideas of others.
      • Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions independently.
      • High energy, creativity, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.

      What we also value (preferred):
      • College degree in a related field
      • Experience providing administrative support for senior leadership or department head level personnel.
      • Experience with corporate communications.
      • Experience in securing travel and managing expense reporting.

      The Coordinator, Human Resources, plays a crucial role in providing administrative and project-based support to the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP & CHRO) and assists the Associate Experience team in coordinating associate development-related activities and events for AMC Theatres.
