- Completion of one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree and two years of previous administrative/HR office experience providing support to multiple stakeholders.
- Associate’s Degree and four years of previous administrative/HR office experience providing support to multiple stakeholders.
- Two years of previous administrative office experience providing support to multiple stakeholders.
- Professional written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience handling multiple priorities in a high-volume fast-paced work environment.
- Skilled in time management and attention to detail.
- Three years of administrative experience working in a human resources department.
- Prior experience using a human resources information system (HRIS) and learning management system (LMS).
Summary
This highly visible role serves as the primary point of contact in supporting the talent acquisition team including the Manager of Employee Services, Employment Specialist(s), and the Training and Organizational Development Coordinator. The Coordinator provides administrative support to the recruiting, onboarding, and training functions. This position requires daily outreach to our management members located at multiple locations; therefore, time management, a commitment to detail, and effective communication are necessary requirements to assist in the efficiencies of the department.
