COORDINATOR, HUMAN RESOURCES

The Coordinator of Human Resources will play a key role within the Human Resources team at SickKids Foundation. The Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support across a wide variety of human resources and facilities functions, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and candidates alike. This entails assisting with payroll, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, reporting, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance. Additionally, they will actively participate in facilities and office services, prioritizing a safe and healthy work environment.

The Coordinator will also contribute to embedding SickKids Foundation's core values and donor-centered approach into all aspects of Human Resources and Facilities operations, aligning with the Foundation's mission, goals, and objectives.
