What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit existing RFP materials and supporting documents to enhance clarity and consistency
- Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to extract key messaging and differentiators
- Develop messaging frameworks for target personas, including academic medical centers and nonprofit health systems
- Create adaptable core RFP narrative versions to cover standard content across various proposals
- Edit and elevate existing content to reflect a unified brand voice and tone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, storytelling, or proposal writing
- Strong skills in storytelling, conversion writing, and copy editing
- Experience collaborating with founders or senior executives
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and synthesize input from multiple sources
- Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness to feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating messaging frameworks or "message houses"
- Familiarity with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development language
- Expertise in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries
- Understanding of healthcare operations or hospital systems
