      Manchester (Salford Quays) M50 3SP

      Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours)

      Hybrid Working Available once competent

      Salary £23,000

      About the job area:

      This role holder will provide both technical & administrative support for the whole of B2B Corporate Sales and be the main support for the Sales Function, for all pre & post sales.

      Role overview:

      Your responsibilities will include the onboarding, renewal and monitoring of the customer journey within Corporate B2B Sales by answering, facilitating and resolving all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, brokers, account managers, BDM’s etc.).

      You will also develop and maintain a sound understanding of all the technology available through business platforms will be key to achieving success with this role, to be able to maintain and implement changes to the system as and when required.

      You’ll support the Account Manager on a portfolio of customers worth from £40m - £100m and undertake specific project based tasks to develop service enhancements or the mobilisation of new products and services within the Corporate B2B sales portfolio.

      What you’ll do:

      • You will work with internal teams e.g., Marketing, Service Operations, Finance to facilitate the onboarding and renewing of all Corporate B2B customers.
      • You will analyse and interpret a variety of complex financial and client data and manage this information to ensure that data quality controls are adhered to.
      • You’ll also proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers, intermediaries and maintain a network of stakeholders throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues, queries or complaints received via a number of mediums.
      • You will also need to own and prioritise own workload and maintain and produce reports to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – are a must.
      • You’ll also need good problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse evidence objectively.
      • You’ll manage your own workload, so you’ll need to be organised and able to prioritise your daily tasks.
      • You’ll be working in an FCA-regulated environment so will need the ability to work under pressure with an understanding of their TCF principles.
      • You’ll also need to be able use initiative and the ability to work with a minimal level of supervision.
