      About the Role

As our Corporate Events Manager, you will lead the execution of high-impact events—including conferences, leadership meetings, sales incentive trips, and internal programs. You’ll manage everything from logistics and budgets to vendor partnerships and onsite execution, ensuring every event reflects the PruittHealth brand and runs seamlessly.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

      What You’ll Do

Plan and execute corporate events from concept to completion
Manage logistics including venues, travel, accommodations, and F&B
Develop timelines, run-of-show documentation, and execution plans
Own and track event budgets, expenses, and post-event reporting
Source and manage vendors; negotiate contracts and pricing
Coordinate attendee experience (travel, registration, communications)
Partner cross-functionally with Communications and internal stakeholders
Lead onsite execution and troubleshoot in real time
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and cost management

      What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or meeting planning
Proven ability to manage multi-day events and complex logistics
Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      What Makes You Stand Out

      Highly proactive and solutions-oriented
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences
      Collaborative and team-driven

      • Collaborative and mission-driven culture
      • Growth and development within a respected healthcare organization
