      Position Overview

      The Corporate Facilities Manager will be responsible for all aspects of building functions to meet legal requirements along with health and safety standards. Responsibilities include program maintenance and analysis while supervising facilities and the repair of equipment. They will assist in developing, training, and coaching staff to meet performance expectations. This role should uphold Dutch Bros' standards for quality by conducting and documenting regular inspections of facilities. This position includes collecting and preparing facility budgets, monitoring expenses, with presenting regular reports and reviews of facility-related finances.

      Job Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or comparable experience, required

      • 4 additional years of experience in the facilities management field or related field, required

      • This position requires driving and travel when necessary

      Location Requirements:

      This position is required to be in Phoenix, Arizona

      Key Result Areas (KRAs):

      Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to keep all facilities functioning properly:

      • Program Maintenance & Analysis

      • Prepare and track facility budget; monitor expenses and payments

      • Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases

      • Implement best practices to increase efficiency & consider the positive environmental impact

      • Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives

      • Develop, train, and coach staff to performance expectations

      Ensure all facility operations are compliant with regulatory requirements:

      • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections

      • Endure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes

      • Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency

      • Coordinate intra-office moves

      • Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment

      • Work with Safety Coordinator to assure the security of the facility

      • Provide prompt responses to requests and issues from facility occupants

      • Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures, as needed.

      Manage cost, time, and quality for all corporate facilities projects:

      • Vendor & Contract Management

      • Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers

      • Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving

      • Coordinate and monitor activities of contracted vendors and suppliers

      • Manage and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met

      • Check completed work by contractors and vendors

      • Verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing

      • Develop & maintain a reputable vendor list to include: current insurance, license, MSA, and history

      • Other duties as assigned

      Physical Requirements

      • Occasionally move or lift office items

      • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculators, copy machines, computers, and office equipment

      Compensation:

      $113,037.89 - DOE
