What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review legal and corporate documents, including contracts and NDAs
- Maintain and file legal documents in an organized manner
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with corporate laws
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support legal operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience as a paralegal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of corporate law and legal research techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Paralegal (CP) designation
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Familiarity with NVMe drives and RDMA networks
